Who Should Participate? Individuals looking to get more from their time spent training and a better understanding of the mind and body connection. What Will We Cover in The Session? This session will include physical fitness assessment, physical fitness training. Attendees will be equipped with the practical skill set to understand motivation, preparatory steps to wellness, goal setting, social support techniques. Topics Include: • Knowledge principles of training such as the relationship of frequency, duration, and intensity of training. • Basic principles of overload and specificity of training. • Understanding and recognizing signs of over-training. • Basic principles of metabolism. Detailed Overview / Outline: The ability to understand the basic principles of exercise and nutrition and building a bridge between knowledge and personal behavioral patterns. Training Highlights: Physical Exercise • Free weight training • Core body training • Static training • Calisthenics
Your must notify the trainer at least 24 hours in advance of any necessary schedule change. In the event of a "no show" or unauthorized schedule change, you are responsible for paying that session.
