Collaborative Support for Medication-Assisted Weight Loss
Evaluation & Program Design
My Evaluation & Program Design service provides a comprehensive, science-based starting point for any client beginning a wellness or weight-management program. The goal is to understand the full picture of your current health, identify risks, and create a personalized plan that improves strength, mobility, and lean muscle mass.
Comprehensive Client Evaluation
Each evaluation includes:
Personal History Review - A discussion of your lifestyle, previous training experience, daily habits, and wellness goals to understand what supports or limits your progress.
Medical History Screening - A review of relevant medical information—including past injuries, chronic conditions, medications, and doctor recommendations—to ensure your program is safe and properly aligned with your current health status.
Weight & Body Composition Check - Baseline measurements to determine body weight, body fat considerations, trends, and any concerns related to rapid or medically-assisted weight loss.
Strength Assessment - A focused assessment of upper-body, lower-body, and core strength to identify imbalances, weak areas, and opportunities to build stronger functional movement patterns.
Mobility & Movement Evaluation - Testing joint mobility, balance, posture, and overall movement quality to design a program that improves flexibility, reduces discomfort, and supports healthy everyday movement.

Using all evaluation findings, I create a structured, progressive program focused on:
