Correct movement is very economical and provides for a longer lifespan. Whether it’s sports, weight training or food shopping, correct body movement makes you healthier. 

Dysfunctional movement can be caused by many different factors: injury, arthritis, poor exercise movement, pain – all can cause poor physical movement. This creates a cascade of problems with everyday movement. Managing pain and correcting poor physical movement can improve the functionality of your body and make your life much better.
